Is it possible to setup a referral agreement between a realtor and a fsbo website company? How?

I run a small fsbo website and have recently been approached by a local realtor that would like to pay me a referral (% of sale) for any buyer or seller leads I send to them that result in a sale. I am not a licensed realtor/broker. Sounds like something worth trying if it’s legal. I think other BIG FSBO websites are doing this, just not sure how. Are they licensed?

    Paying a non-registered person for a referral is illegal. A referral fee can only be paid to a registered brokerage.

    Yes, some large FSBO sites are owned by Realtors.
